Order cut-off time is 1 PM Pacific Time. All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. All orders are sent via best available ground service or next day service depending on your choice of service. Choice of service is at our discretion. Pricing schedule is below. Care is taken that your order is properly packaged with adequate packing materials to help avoid any damage. E-mail notifications are sent out with tracking numbers. In the unlikely event that a shipping problem occurs, it is your responsibility to notify American DJ immediately.
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or outside the 50 States excluding Hawaii.
